DC Norris has installed one of their In-Line Jet Processing Systems into a large private dairy in Greece.
The solution that we provided the family-owned Company offered a number of important benefits which were key when deciding their choice of condensed milk processing system.
Firstly, the Jet Processing System uses 52% less energy and achieves a processing time which is three times quicker than conventional methods. It is capable of heating and mixing condensed milk from 5°C to 98°C at a flow rate of 2000ltrs in just 8 minutes.
The system also has the flexibility to heat and divert the milk and other liquids to one of six 2000ltr holding tanks where condensed milk, yoghurt and other dairy-based foods are produced.
Powders are also easily dispersed when using the High Shear mode where up to seven trillion droplets of water a second are created using no moving parts.
These benefits, along with the small footprint and zero burn-on contamination made Jet Process an easy investment choice for the customer.
