Here at DC Norris, we have experienced an unprecedented period during the months of June and July with a record number of product trials being held, as well as receiving numerous customer orders.
We completed 33 trials in 7 weeks producing a huge variety of products from mashed potato to onion marmalade, vegan cheese, reduction cooks, tomato ketchup and béchamel, and many more.
All of the above products were produced at our UK Product Development Kitchen in Great Gransden using our versatile Industrial Steam Jacketed Kettle System, which has a variety of options depending on the type of product. These include Jet Cook™, Vapour Reduction, Braising Bar, Powder Entrainment, in-vessel and in-line homogenisers, and a Solia.
The feedback from the customers was that they were impressed with the flexibility of the system, and the quality and repeatability of the finished product.
We are delighted that some of these trials have led to order placements to add to those already received this month from Qatar for the FIFA World Cup Finals, a leading UK chilled ready meal producer, and companies in the UK and USA for our new Cook Quench Chill Adapt.
We are delighted to have been chosen by these customers, and to meet their satisfaction on some very challenging products, and we will continue to support them through the installation and training process.
