Many of our customers in the Middle East will have started The Ramadan Festival this weekend, celebrated by Muslims all over the world.
During this time, Muslims observe a period of fasting and refrain from eating and drinking from sunrise to sunset. Those observing the tradition will wake up before sunrise so that they can pray, and eat and drink to fuel their bodies ahead of the day.
The production requirements of our customers are very different during Ramadan to any other times of the year due to the two specific eating times, therefore timings and quantities need to be altered to suit demand.
That’s why many of our customers in the Middle East and globally have chosen DCN’s Jet Cook system which can produce large quantities of food very quickly. Combining this technology with the Capkold Cook Chill System enables food producers to make products up to 30 days in advance with no organoleptic or shelf-life issues.
