DC Norris is a proud UK Agent for Jøni Foodline Equipment, a Danish company which has manufactured equipment for the catering industry since 1973. They supply tilting kettles, tilting frying pans and cooking ranges to the European market.
Jøni Foodline’s products range from simple tilting kettles through traditional multifunction kettles to advanced kettles with a stirrer. Examples of the broad product range are kettles mounted on a four-legged stand, mobile versions and kettles with a 600mm tilting height and efficient chilling.
Joni Tilting Frying Pans can be supplied with steel or stainless steel pan, mounted on a pillar, stand or on the wall.
There are many options and accessories available for the tilting frying pan which can also be supplied in three different sizes and with two different pan depths. This makes it possible to find the right frying pan for each kitchen.
DCN developed the Multiple Aperture Discharge System (MADS) as a solution for removing liquids / fats from products during the initial cooking process, to improve particulate integrity, flavour and texture.
