Key Features

Materials: 316 stainless steel interior; 304 stainless steel exterior for durability and hygiene
Steam Jacket: Rated to 7 Bar
Insulation: Straight cylindrical cladding with closed-in base filled with insulation
Agitation System:
- Inclined scraping-type agitator driven by a 2.2kW motor, fixed at 26 RPM, TEFC motor for 400/3/50 electric current.
- 1 kettle with a motor gearbox and agitator shaft ready for high-shear homogeniser fitment.
- 2 kettles with in-vessel emulsifiers (1 emulsifier-ready)
- Patented DC Norris scraper blades for optimal mixing.

Design and Controls:
- Two-piece hinged lid with rodded grill
- 3” flush-fitting outlet with an air-operated drop-down valve
- Hydro-Oil Agitator tilt-out system
- DC Norris Type 4 HMI Control Panel with agitator start/stop and variable speed control

Optional Setup: 3-kettle gantry for an integrated system or individual units based on your needs
